A: Placing a booking on Xbace Platform is simple, fast, and convenient. You can book a soundproof pod with us online by choosing the preferred location, date, and time which suits you the best for your purpose. You can also share the link with your friends or family on the “History” page to Unlock it. After successful booking, you can immediately access the soundproof pod by unlocking it at the convenience of your mobile or email.
Q: What is included in Xbace POD?
A: Our soundproof pods come fully equipped with an integrated ventilation system, a workplace desk, seating sofa, power outlets and connectivity, light, a safety hammer, and window blinds for your personal and privacy uses.
Q: How long can I book Xbace for?
A: You can book a soundproof pod for a minimum duration of 30 minutes/per slot, or for as long as your need require. The duration may varies and notification will be if any change.
Q: How much does it cost to book with Xbace Platform?
A: Our soundproof pods pricing varies by the pod’s location, rental duration & promotion. You may check for the latest rate of charges at our website/web app or online platform.
Q: What safety measures are in place for COVID-19 or other diseases?
A: We prioritise the health safety of our customers and staff at all times. We observe all local health guidelines strictly and have implemented enhanced periodical cleaning and sanitization measures at all of our soundproof pod locations.
Q: Is there a refund policy for Xbace Platform bookings?
A: All confirmed and paid bookings are not refundable, and no cancellation of booking is allowed.
Q: Is there any exception for rescheduling or replacement of bookings?
A: Yes, rescheduling or replacement bookings are allowed only in the event of technical issues or force majeure event that prevents the use of Xbace soundproof pods.
Technical issues include, but are not limited to failure in power supply, payment gateway, booking apps, cleanliness issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the proper and effective usage of Xbace soundproof pods.
Force majeure events refer to events beyond the control of the management, including natural disasters, government regulations, or acts of terrorism.
The management reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close the Xbace Platform in the event of technical issues or force majeure events without any prior notice to its users or the public.
Q: How many times can I reschedule or request a replacement booking?
A: You are allowed to make only one- time reschedule or replacement booking within 7 working days of the original booking date. The rescheduled or replacement booking must be for the same time and/or same category type of pod as per the original booking.
